Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for notifying us immediately at support@salespipl.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use SalesPipl only for lawful business communications. The following are strictly prohibited:
- ✕Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or deceptive communications
- ✕Violating any applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.)
- ✕Uploading or sending content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or offensive
- ✕Impersonating any person, entity, or brand without authorization
- ✕Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
- ✕Using the Service to harvest, scrape, or compile email addresses or data
- ✕Deliberately exceeding rate limits or abusing the Service infrastructure
- ✕Reselling, sub-licensing, or white-labeling the Service without written permission
- ✕Using the Service to send emails on behalf of a domain you do not own or control
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Email Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your email campaigns comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:
CAN-SPAM Act
United StatesRequires honest subject lines, valid physical address, and working unsubscribe.
GDPR
European UnionRequires lawful basis for processing. B2B legitimate interest may apply; verify with legal counsel.
CASL
CanadaRequires express or implied consent before sending commercial electronic messages.
IT Act, 2000
IndiaGoverns electronic communications and prohibits unsolicited commercial communications.
Important: All outbound emails sent through SalesPipl include a working unsubscribe link. You must not bypass, hide, or disable this mechanism. SalesPipl automatically enforces unsubscribe requests — once a lead unsubscribes, no further emails will be sent to them from any campaign in your workspace.
Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create in SalesPipl — including lead data, email content, sequences, and campaign configurations. You grant WebPipl a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service.
We will not use your data to train AI models, share it with competitors, or use it for any purpose other than operating the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and process any data you input into SalesPipl.
Mailbox Access
When you connect a mailbox, you authorize us to access your inbox via Microsoft OAuth (IMAP) to detect and process replies to your campaigns. This access is used exclusively to:
- ✓Detect replies to emails sent through SalesPipl campaigns
- ✓Classify replies using AI to determine interest level
- ✓Generate AI-assisted draft responses for your review
- ✓Update lead statuses and CRM records automatically
You can revoke mailbox access at any time by disconnecting it in Settings. We will immediately stop polling the mailbox and will not retain new messages after disconnection.
Credits & Billing
SalesPipl uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when sending emails, generating AI content, and classifying replies. Credit consumption rates are shown in your dashboard and may be updated with 14 days' notice.
Credit terms:
- •Credits are non-refundable once consumed
- •Unused credits from monthly plans do not roll over to the next billing cycle
- •Credits purchased as add-on packs expire 12 months from purchase
- •Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts
Paid plans are billed monthly. We use Razorpay for customers in India (INR pricing) and Stripe for customers outside India (USD pricing). You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your plan features until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are issued for partial months.
AI-Generated Content
SalesPipl uses OpenAI's GPT models to generate email content and classify replies. You acknowledge that:
- iAI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before sending
- iYou are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all emails sent through the Service
- iWe do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legal compliance of AI-generated content
- iAI reply classification (interested, not interested, etc.) is probabilistic and may not always be correct
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, experience third-party outages, or be affected by factors outside our control. We will endeavor to notify users of planned downtime in advance where possible.
We are not liable for any losses, missed opportunities, or damages resulting from service interruptions, email delivery failures, or data delays.
Limitation of Liability
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to WebPipl in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 10,000 / USD 100 (whichever is greater), if no payments were made.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior, or if required to do so by law.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@salespipl.com. Upon account deletion, your personal data and lead data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.
Sections 4, 8, 9, and 12 of these Terms survive any termination or expiration of your account.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email to your registered address at least 14 days before the changes take effect. If you continue to use the Service after the revised Terms become effective, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your account before the effective date.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
🇮🇳 India & all other regions
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
🇺🇸 United States
For customers based in the United States, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the State of Delaware. Class action lawsuits are waived.
